THOMAS AQUINAS COLLEGE

Yesterday, members of the Volunteer Fire Association of Tappan participated in a multi-evolution structure fire simulation in the dormitories of St. Thomas Aquinas College.

While 21-2 (Assistant Chief) was enroute, he was notified that there was gas flowing into the building and with that information requested a ladder from Orangeburg FD. The first engine crew on scene went through and evacuated the building of all residents as O&R was in the process of shutting down the gas line on the outside. The scene was turned over to O&R for further repairs.... (Full Story & Photos)

Tuesday (05/28/24)
Department 21 responded to two automatic fire alarms. First at the Subaru Parts Distributors Corp, and the other at a single-story multi-family residence on Path of Heroes Way. Both alarms were accidental activations.

Wednesday (05/29/24)
